2. Information and Acknowledgement

By visiting Idram Europe's Website, registering as a user or using our services, or otherwise interacting with us, you acknowledge that this Privacy Policy will be applicable to processing of your data. 3. Mandatory provision of data

We want to inform you that Idram Europe will use and obtain IP addresses and further identifiers provided by your mobile device when you use the App correctly. Similarly, the personal data provided through Idram Europe's Website or through the App are, unless otherwise specified, necessary for the purposes established. Idram Europe will not be able to offer its full services if that data is not provided.

Idram Europe processes the following data:

  • Identification data: name, last name, official identification document, phone number, email, address, personal picture.
  • Security: PIN or authentication credentials.
  • Personal characteristics: place of birth, residence, date of birth, sex, nationality.
  • Financial data: bank account details, IBAN, debit/credit card details.
  • Contacts: Phone numbers of your contacts (with permission).
  • Location: IP address and GPS data (if shared).

6. How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept until you request its deletion or withdraw consent. Otherwise, we store your data for the duration of our relationship and 6 years after the fiscal year in which it ends for legal compliance.
