General Terms & Conditions

These General Conditions governing the access and use of the services provided by Idram Europe OÜ (Idram Europe) to its users via the digital platform "Idram Europe" accessible through mobile applications and web interface.

1. Parties

Payment Service Provider

Idram Europe OÜ is an Estonian company with registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Rävala pst 2, 10145. Registry code: 17330894.

Collaborating company: PECUNIA CARDS EDE, S.L.U., a Spanish Electronic Money Entity supervised by the Bank of Spain (Number 6707).

2. Service Description

Idram Europe provides Users with payment services to:

  • Send money to contacts or any EU IBAN.
  • Request money from contacts.
  • Receive and withdraw payments.
  • Bank-to-Bank Transfers (SEPA).
  • QR Code Payments.

3. Platform Operation

3.1 Requirements

  • Natural person acting for personal purposes.
  • EU national or resident in operational scope.
  • Owner of a smartphone with an active number.
  • At least 18 years old (minors 14+ require guardian consent).

4. Functionality

Users may make person-to-person payments after authorizing with a PIN or biometric authentication. Funds are credited near-immediately within the network. Transfers outside the network may take up to 2 working days.

5. Fees and Commission

The Platform is currently free to download. Fees for active accounts depend on the chosen subscription plan within the Platform. Subscription fees are automatically charged at the frequency specified.

6. Safety Measures

Users must safeguard security data (PINs, passwords). Unauthorized or fraudulent use must be reported immediately via the support chat within the Platform.

7. Liability

Users are liable for losses from unauthorized transactions if they fail to safeguard credentials or act with negligence. Idram Europe is not liable for errors caused by third-party banks or billing systems.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Estonian law. Refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information.

9. Termination

The Contract is for an unlimited term. Users may terminate at any time by notifying Idram Europe. Withdrawals must be completed before termination.

10. Intellectual Property

Idram Europe grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the Platform. All constituent elements (texts, images, logos) are protected by Intellectual Property law.

11. Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of Estonia is applicable to this Contract.
